• How delete leading, trailing and excessive spaces in ExcelThe following video will demonstrate you delete leading, trailing and excessive spaces from cells (trim) in Excel by using ASAP Utilities.The example in the video shows an address list with too many spaces.Several street- and city names contain a space at the beginning and/or at the end. Furthermore in a few names there are multiple spaces between the street name and the number. You can use Excel's built-in function =TRIM() to remove these extra spaces. However then you have to create two extra columns in this example where you put this formula. To make this easier I have built a tool in ASAP Utilities (years ago) where you can select the cells and have all the leading, trailing and excessive spaces removed easily.

• Growing Weed in an AeroGarden DeluxeThis little hydro device I picked up online from aerogrow.com is handy when it comes to growing your own personal crop. It is especially useful to grow in small spaces. The jumps in the shot occur when I discovered male plants (as they had to be removed) and from plant trimming. All plants came from seed. Its truly amazing how easily it is to grow in such a small and incognito space with the aerogarden.

My favourite food is the Co-op chocolate pud for 4 - 390 calories per 1/4 which eaten whole with a half bowl of cream as well does fill a space....mmmmmm.
