Data rate for the video was 1500+now, if you do this then add the code below&fmt=22after your video, it will be in HD not just this "high quality" bs :)the reason why it's not automatically showing up is because youtube is still testing it (remember the old &fmt=8 or whatever code?) same thing... so i'm assuming if you upload the videos with that in mind, when youtube does make the switch - it'll all ready be in HD format :) naturally, i don't know for sure but the nice thing is that even doing this looks the same if you uploaded only 640x360 :) so test it, play aroundleave a comment if you have a better way and help other people :)like i said, this is only for mac... sorry pc'ers :(if you want another way try:quicktime movie 640x360, aac 192kbps with a "high/best" qua
