• Blending in Photoshop1) Blending with the Smudge brush: Pick a textured brush to use as a smudge brush. Turn scattering on and adjust the scatter/count values as needed. Turn the opacity way down or this will be difficult to control.Brush along and the edges and voila!2) Blending using the Paintbrush: I'm using a simple round brush with spacing set to 1% and opacity and flow set to pressure (click on Other Dynamics in the Brushes tab to get this). With this brush I alt-click on one region to colorpick from there and lightly brush over the other region I want to blend to. Then I colorpick from here and go back to the first region and lightly brush over it again, over and over.
